How we handle your data
This policy explains what this site collects, why, who receives it, and how you stay in control. It covers the Coaching Growth Diagnosis™ pages operated by The Impact Media.

What we collect
When you visit this site, we and our measurement partners collect limited information about your visit: the pages you view, the referring site, your approximate region (country level), your browser and device type, and standard web cookies such as the Meta "_fbp" cookie.
If you apply for a 1:1 Growth Diagnosis, we collect the details you choose to share in the application form (such as your name, email, and answers about your business) so we can review your application and contact you.
We do not collect sensitive information, and we do not collect information we know concerns children.
How we use it
We use this data to measure how the site is used (for example, page visits and button clicks), to understand which content is useful, and to measure and improve the performance of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
Our pages use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, pixel reference 1121212553597241), which helps us see whether advertising brought visitors to this site and how they interact with it.
Who receives your data
Visitor and advertising measurement data is shared with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms, Inc. for advertising measurement and ad optimisation purposes.
Application details you submit go to The Impact Media (Saba Sayyed) and are used only to review your application and contact you about it.
Cookies and your choices
In regions where advertising consent is legally required, we ask before any advertising measurement starts: a banner lets you accept or decline. Declining does not block the site.
You can change your decision at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer, or by clearing your browser's cookies and site data. Withdrawing consent stops future advertising tracking; it does not undo data already collected while consent was in place.
You can also opt out of Meta's use of cookies through Meta's own settings and browser controls.
